JOB DETAILS :

Job Title : Regional Sales Manager - GT

Department : Sales

Reporting : Supervisor National Head - Sales

JOB PURPOSE :

Work closely with the National Head to achieve business goals. This would be achieved primarily through :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Core Responsibilities :

Business Plans :

- Plan & execute annual business plans

New cities & sub distributors :

- Responsible for opening new cities with direct infrastructure & appointing new sub distributors

Sales & distribution target :

- Meeting sales & distribution targets as per the Business Plan

- Develop distributor teams

Key Account Management & Relationship building :

- To meet key MT accounts & review business growth & share BP build relationships

Trade Marketing :

- Responsible for territory sales, visibility, merchandising, communication in store as per merchandising guidelines, co-ordinating sampling activities

Team building & training :

- To train & coach teams for better execution, planning, merchandising

- To develop the capabilities of the sales promoters

Collection & Delivery :

- Responsible for 100% collection, timely delivery within 48hours & 90% fill rates

Spends & PL :

- Responsible for spends within budget & a profitable P&L

Reports :

- Daily, Weekly monthly reports on distribution, sales, territory, expiry stocks

- Ensures best practise sales discipline leading to superior execution

Automation :

- Ensure Automation is implemented in the region

People Responsibilities :- Team of SE's/ASM's

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

Measurable Deliverables :


- Delivering the Financial sales by brand as per target

- Planning and execution of distribution and sales plans / sales forecasts-

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Qualifications :- Graduate (full time course) - preferred Marketing or Business degree

Experience :


- Minimum 6 to 12 years of sales management experience with FMCG companies. Experience in handling premium chocolates, niche food products an added advantage. Key account experience preferred.
