I. JOB DETAILS

Job Title National Head - Modern Trade

Department Sales

Reporting Supervisor General Manager / VP Sales

II. JOB PURPOSE

- The NM MT would be responsible for setting up and expanding the scope of modern trade business. The position would deal with most of the super market chains, retailers and standalones in the country. The National manager would be responsible for increasing sales through these outlets by promotions and creating visibility of our brands.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities :

1. Business build and deliver as per plan

2. Implementing the companies merchandising and planogram and activation in all key outlets for area of influence

3. Design and implement modern trade structure organization for buildup and operations and activation

4. Execution of all national agreements, manage strategically important trade client.

5. Relationship building and business benefits from the same in area of operation

6. Design and implement promotions and maximize business through least cost to the our business model with celebrity, leaders

7. Look at long term contractual agreements with the outlets to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in business terms

8. Team management - motivate them to deliver business, ensure skill upgradation and capability building of modern trade team

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Qualifications :- Graduation, MBA Marketing from premier business school preferred

Experience :- 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in FMCG companies

- Good inter personal skills

- Leadership abilities
