I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title : Business Manager- Twining
Department : Sales
Reporting Supervisor : CMD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for the overall Business of the Brand for the country [Trade and Commercial]
- Responsible for budgeting, Planning, Execution and Analysis of Business Plan
- Key area of focus Sales - Top line and Bottom line for all Channel, Distribution and Activation Management,[Designing of Trade Scheme, Promo, People Incentive, RTM Incentive], Supply Chain, Trade Marketing Spends and overall commercial for the brands.
- Managing Relationship between Narang Group and the Twining
- Responsible for Brand P & L for the country
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, Reviewing of Execution and analysis (sales, spends, activities)
- Conceptualize, design and implement campaigns focused on target markets Responsible for Brand Image and Brand Visibility
- Responsible for POSM planning, placement, maintenance
- Responsible for controlling inventory through hand on forecasting and ordering keeping in mind lead time variances,
Stock holding (Company & Distributor)
- Conduct regular team meeting to ensure that the division is continuously updated on progress against plan, set period objectives and obtain feedback.
- KPI's as a Business Manager
a) Business Plan & Execution
b) Sales Volume & Primary & Secondary Revenue vs. Budget
c) P& L vs. budget
d) Trade coverage & service level.
- Inventory Management
- Trade investment vs. Budget
- Understand the channel structure of the market, especially General Trade and Modern Trade
- Help plan and Coordinate activations/schemes throughout the network
- Monitor and control - of KPIs - step in to fix issues as they arise
- Participate in the S&OP process
People Responsibilities: NA
Minimum Qualifications : MBA - Marketing
Experience: 6 to 10 years of brand experience preferably from premium brand
Technical Skills :
- Be able to communicate well at various levels in both our organizations
- Be transparent and open, work closely with Twinings Head of Sales, Senior Brand Manager, Operations Manager, Planning Manager, Supply Chain Manager
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Ability to manage and track budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to translate strategy into action and make things happen
- Team player and leader
- Superior communication, both verbal and written
