Business Manager - Lindt
- Responsible for the overall Business of the Brand for the country [Trade and Commercial]
- Responsible for budgeting, Planning, Execution and Analysis of Business Plan
- Key area of focus Sales - Top line and Bottom line for all Channel, Distribution and Activation Management,[Designing of Trade Scheme, Promo, People Incentive, RTM Incentive], Supply Chain, Trade Marketing Spends and overall commercial for the brands.
- Managing Relationship between Narang Group and the Lindt International
- Responsible for Brand P & L for the country
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, Reviewing of Execution and analysis (sales, spends, activities)
- Conceptualize, design and implement campaigns focused on target markets Responsible for Brand Image and Brand Visibility
- Responsible for POSM planning, placement, maintenance
- Responsible for controlling inventory through hand on forecasting and ordering keeping in mind lead time variances, Stock holding (Company & Distributor)
- Conduct regular team meeting to ensure that the division is continuously updated on progress against plan, set period objectives and obtain feedback.

- P& L vs. budget
- Trade coverage & service level.
