- Demand planning  - Inventory Days to be maintained as per norms aligned for each brand in Value Chain  - Ensure FMFO, Inventory analysis (Expiry, Slow /Non Moving Inventory)  - Ensure SFA 360 reports utilization to improve Inventory Management  - Inventory Visibility to all Stakeholders - 3 times a week  - Near Expiry, Slow Moving / Non-Moving Visibility to all Stakeholders - 2 times in a month  - FMFO adherence tracking at each CFA Warehouse - every week.   - MIS on Inventory, Sales & Procurement Analysis - Monthly  - Automating the Demand Planning Process  - Validating accuracy of regionwise forecasting and making sure that all anomalies are removed  - Initiating and implementing cost saving initiative  - Monitoring stock availability so that supply should not suffer
