Napier Health Care - Business Analyst (4-8 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements, perform gap-fit analysis, and assist in crafting the product roadmap for customers.

- Work with a SME to detail the technical, functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for product development.

- Work with Business Analyst team to map these high level requirements and specifications into enhancements and/or new features in the Napier IT product suite.

- Review and supervise the conduct of the test plan, scenarios and case to ensure that the detailed enhancement and new features are correctly implemented.

- Assist in Business Process Management and Business Analysis training.

- Identify other market opportunities and help build a business case for product development.

- Adhere to all the organization policies/guidelines and process/procedures.

Desirable Skills:

- 4-8 years of experience working as Business Analyst.

- At least 2 years of experience on HIS products as BA or as implementation executive.

- Should be able to understand business requirements form internal/external stakeholders and come up with functional solution

- Working experience of user story creation, functional test case for acceptance

- Ability to articulate requirements and solutions

Qualifications : MBA/PGDM/SAS certification

Experience : 4 years and above
