We launched Greater Than; London Dry Gin in September 2017 followed by Hapusa a contemporary, super-premium gin in July 2018. Our distillery is in Goa, India. We have started exporting to markets like Singapore, Norway, and the UK.
TITLE : Assistant Sales Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in constructing cost cards and defining Route-To-Market
- Manage and build relationships with distributors and their teams
- Manage and build trade relationships through regular visits to outlets
- Understand and be able to represent a premium segment brand
- Conduct regular trade trainings with outlets
- Maintain a tight control on sales budgets and promotional spends
- Identify effective promotional opportunities and execute quickly and efficiently
- Build a company and a brand that is Best-in-Market
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
- Someone with a sales background and experience of minimum 4 years within FMCG or Wine & Spirits Industry
- Great communication skills
- Someone with tons of enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn something new
