This is a Product Support Manager / DeliveryManager role that involves being a consultant or champion for customer issues and automation needs using the Nanoheal platform.

The selected candidate(s) will work as a bridge between customers and the engineering team with timely follow-ups and necessary escalation

Required Qualities:

- Ability to work with multiple competing priorities

- Clear and concise verbal and written/email communication

- Work with customers and Product/engineering team to resolve customer issues and increase user satisfaction.

- Build an in-depth understanding of Nanoheal's product suite

- Ability to handle projects independently or with minimum supervision.

- Ability to innovate on existing processes and simplify the same.

- Ability to write SQL queries
