The purpose of the position is to manage and grow the Industrial portfolio for Nandan Petrochem Ltd.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Experience in End-to-End Sales Process - Sales, Collection, Demand Generation and Inventory Liquidation.

- Developing clients within the designated Territory.
- Business Development & Management
- Coordination with product management & R/D team for new product trials, feedback, approvals & improvements.
- Identified new customers and dealers in assigned area.
- Expertise in handling diverse activities for key account management involving techno commercial presentation/ negotiation, tender/ order processing, & technical service support.
- Proficiency in effectively resolving all customer complaints and providing value added services to clients for enhancing their satisfaction level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development, Sales and Marketing of Base Oil / White Oil / Liquid Paraffin / Transformer Oil to B2B and Aftermarket segment in the Assigned Territory.
- Generating new leads, Key Account Management and ensuring continuous business growth across assigned territories
- Responsible for business development - Identify, negotiate and enter into contract with B2B Customers.
- Lead the entire gamut of tasks involved in sales & marketing of assigned region for Institutional Sales
- Managing complete business operations with accountability for profitability; forecasting monthly / annual sales targets & executing them in given time frame by organizational planning.
- Responsible for handling dealer distributor's network.
- Deliver volume growth and manage distribution through the channels and appointment of new channels in untapped market.
- Handling the Market Promotion Activities in entire territory through Channel distribution.
- Responsible for receivables collections
