Total Work experience of - 4 to 8 yrs (Min 3 yrs of exp in Manufacturing sector) Only with Lubricant Industry experience Job Role : - Develop Marketing Strategy for Key Accounts(OEM"s) &amp; Marketing Budgets for the company. - Trend Analysis based on Market research in terms of Price, Schemes and Sales. - Closely monitor market Trends and drive the Key accounts &amp; customers to take strategic decisions. - Customer experience evaluation, engagement activities and continuous improvement. - Coordinate with Key Accounts, Technical, Design and SCM Team for new product development. - Coordinate with customers for requirements, submission and approvals. - Strong in reports, analysis and MIS. - Good Market Knowledge &amp; Field experience on Channel Sales relationship. - Proficient in market research with good logical &amp; analytical skills. - Self driven and willing to accept accountability.
