Job Description - Wealth Manager


Skills & Qualification: 


- Graduate / M.com / PG / MBA / CFA (CFA Institute, USA) / CA / Inter CA with minimum 2 years experience in the field of Financial Planning and Wealth Management.


- Should the ability to understand the clients- risk taking ability and clients- willingness to take risk.


- Should be willing to attend client meetings all over Mumbai.


- Should be proactive, target oriented and should have fair idea about revenue targets.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Sourcing new clients and meeting existing clients to increase the AUM of the Wealth Management Department.


- Assessment of Clients portfolio, risk taking ability and willingness, and preparing a suitable asset allocation.


- Should have an inclination towards making investment recommendations to clients and prospective clients based on the clients- needs.


- Should have sound knowledge about the various Financial Products available in the Market - PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Products to name a few.


- Should have worked with a Wealth Management Firm or Finance Company.


- Clear understanding of the need to have a Wealth Manager. Should have the ability to pitch to the clients accordingly.


- Periodic evaluation of Clients- portfolio after considering Capital market Expectations and client interactions.


- Achieving Revenue Targets as specified by Management.


- Execution of Monthly Sales plan.


- Daily Client Meetings and updating in the MIS.
