- Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd is a pre- primary education initiative which was founded in 2012 under the brand name of "Little Laureates". Roles and Responsibilities :

- The Product Manager is responsible for the digital platform used by our customers - both internal and external.


- Product Manager role at Nalanda requires both strong problems solving and the willingness to manage direct reports.

- The Product Manager would handle multiple product modules and is responsible for defining, planning, and executing product features, which our customers will use to make important investment decisions.

- The role is also responsible for mentoring, training, and reviewing the work done by their team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage multiple modules - plan initiatives and prioritize roadmaps.

2. Engage with internal and external stakeholders - understand pain points.

3. Define use cases, propose solutions, and back up with research & data.

4. Write detailed product requirement documents for the Engineering team.

5. Collaborate with UX team to create designs and wireframes while working with the design team/vendor to define the UX & UI of the product.

6. Manage feature rollouts - taking signoffs, working on launch and marketing for the module.

7. Define, implement, and regularly monitor KPIs for product effectiveness.

8. Assist team in defining feature specifications.

9. Manage the day-to-day operations in the product life cycle

Please apply if you have :

1. At least 2-4 years of work experience, previous tech / product / UX design experience preferred.

2. Been a consistent performer throughout your college and career.

3. The ability to structure and analyze ambiguous problems - make sense of chaos.

4. A mature thought process - willingness to seek feedback, unlearn, and work from 1st principles.

5. An understanding of and interest in B2B SaaS products; previous B2B software experience preferred.

6. The ability to communicate ideas clearly through workflows, feature descriptions etc.

7. Empathy for everybody - users, colleagues, engineering, design, all stakeholders.

8. A culture of writing - we love to write down everything from thoughts to decisions.

9. An execution mindset - we like to get things done and we learn from our users.

10. "Data informed" decision-making - use data to validate hypothesis but don't torture it
