Nakoda Dairy - eCommerce Manager - Online Sales (3-10 yrs)
Take complete ownership of all activities related to selling on our own website and various marketplaces/portals (Amazon, Flipkart, PayTM, Snapdeal etc) in India.
- Develop Online Sales, marketing, logistics function and its systems for the company's e-commerce business.
- Drive sales planning, category & product management with e-commerce portals to achieve business objectives.
- Manage order fulfilment, inventory, category management & customer service on a daily basis.
- Co-ordinate with marketplaces for deals and promotions.
- Identify new opportunities overall via market research and competitor analysis.
- Planning & executing promotions/activities covering online visibility.
- Influencer management and building long term equity with them.
- Manage all online activities with respect to traffic acquisition, online presence, sales, conversion, managing internal data sources, margins and reporting.
- Prepare reports to check the stocks of the products. Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
- 3 - 5 years experience in Online / Ecommerce Sales in a eCommerce function within Health & Personal category.
- Strong knowledge of online eCommerce platforms across India.
- Ability to analyse data & sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
