Technical Project Manager - Delivery

REQUIREMENTS :

- Strong background in Project Management, Technical area background, Agile

- Strong project management experience and high-level understanding of programming, technical designing and delivery

- Has experience working with multiple teams and ensuring proper coordination with all parties

- Ensure documentation, test cases, test plans, requirements for the project are in place

- Track and resolve issues, risks throughout the lifecycle of the project

- Prepare progress reports for the projects on a regular basis

- Good understanding of best practices (agile, TDD/BDD, OOPS, Containerization, CI/CD)

- Expert in Jira and Confluence usage to drive Project management.

- Strong understanding of agile metrics and processes

- Ability to convey a message in a simple and structured manner, customized to the audience and to the mode of communication.

- Fluent verbal and written language skills

- Experience in managing complex and highly technical development projects.

- Experience with technical leadership and end to end development.

- 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years of project management experience.

- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to deep dive into a technology problem

- The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.

- Strong understanding of agile metrics and processes
