Nagarjuna - General Manager/Senior General Manager - Treasury & Finance (20-24 yrs)
a. Strategic
- Provide inputs to the development of Annual Business Plan. Lead the development of the financial annual budget. Constantly track and monitor its progress and highlight deviations from the approved budget
- Work closely with the Business Heads to take critical decisions in the areas of capital structure, financial mix, financial leverage
- Establish financial strategy and ensure availability of corporate funds at competitive rates
- Drive effective relationship management with investors and lenders to ensure cost effective and preferential services for Organization
b. Operational
- Oversee the inflow and outflow of Organization funds to ensure balancing of cash flows for the Organization
- Analyze and monitor cash flow, fund flow and finance cost
- Supervise investment of funds; working capital management and banks to raise additional capital as required. Also oversee log term resolution plan with Banks and financial institutions
- Evaluate and take adequate measures to mitigate financial and legal risks
- Lead the establishment of robust financial accounting and cost accounting systems so as to provide timely, accurate and consistent inputs for management reporting and allowing detailed analysis of performance in financial terms
- Continuously work towards improving company's Credit Rating so as to raise capital at lower rates from market
- Oversee and guide the team for timely interest payments to the Banks / Financial Institutions / Lender and ensure adherence to the preset terms and conditions
- Ensure preparation of all financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies)
Desired Profile :
- Qualified CA/ICWAI with 20+ years of post qualification experience in financial accounting and management Dealing with Banks and Financial Institution.
- Incumbent should be from large organizations with a minimum of 2000 crores turnover in any manufacturing company
