We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to lead our diversification efforts into this sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our business through both organic and inorganic growth. You will also collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders to execute these strategies successfully.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a new business from scratch, leveraging your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. You will have great visibility and learning as you work with multiple stakeholders, external consultants, and cross-functional teams to create and execute the strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enter the pharma business, including identifying potential acquisition targets, licensing opportunities, and joint ventures.

- Evaluate and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decisions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, including operations, marketing, sales, and finance.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external consultants, investors, and regulatory agencies.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the success of the pharma diversification strategy.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.

- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning is a plus
