NACL Industries - Manager - New Business Initiatives - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (1-5 yrs)
We at NACL industries ( https://naclind.com/) are looking to recruit ambitious individuals in the corporate development team to work on new business initiatives. You will be playing a key role in the strategy formulation process and lead large scale projects across the country.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop end to end project planning and execution process
- Drive high potential & high impact strategic projects across the organization in sync with the management & leadership team
- Drive continuous improvements in the business models by tracking core business metrics related to the operations and improving the efficiency of the business operations
- Efficiently manage multiple projects by monitoring progress and ensure completion within planned timelines with high quality output
- Contribute to the overall functioning of the organization by identifying opportunities to scale
Skills:
- Highly analytical and able to think laterally and in multi dimensions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines
- Firsthand experience in driving projects and in the area of analytics
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident collaborator with:
- MBA from premier B schools
- Experience in CEO's office/business transformation team/Corp strategy team
