Job Description

Mystifly is currently seeking a Finance Manager responsible for Accounts, Tax Compliance and MIS. The person will be custodian of internal control in the organisation. The primary responsibilities will also include managing the audit process (both internal and statutory), MIS and driving special initiatives for the finance function You will work closely with the members of other functions and will lead team of two semi-qualified professionals.

Core Responsibilities

- The owner of the Accounts and Taxation (Direct & Indirect) of Holding Company as well as overseas subsidiaries.

- Represent companies in assessment proceedings of Income Tax and other statutory authorities.

- Co-ordinate with Auditor towards Statutory and Internal Audit requirement and ensure qualification free audit report.

- Preparation of MIS ensuring data sanity and timely publishing business metrics.

- Ensure that the laid out internal controls are implemented properly in the organisation.

Qualifications and Requirement

- Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) Additional qualification of Company secretary will be preferred but not mandatory.

- 3-6 years of experience in finance roles

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Candidates from Airline, Travel and E-Commerce industry will be preferred.

- Good organizational and analytical skills
