The person will be custodian of legal contracts in the organisation. The primary responsibilities will also include managing and filing of all forms and returns within the prescribed time limit. This is an independent role and a hands-on person will be preferred.  Core Responsibilities  - The owner of the entire gamut of compliance consisting but not limited to Companies act, FEMA, RBI compliance, Employees statutes and other local and international laws and regulations.  - Help Senior Manager Finance in preparation of documents for assessment proceedings of Income Tax and other statutory authorities.  - Co-ordinate with Auditor towards Statutory and Internal Audit compliance requirement and ensure qualification free audit reports.  Qualifications and Requirement  - Company Secretary (Mandatory) Additional qualification of LLB will be preferred but not mandatory.   - 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles  - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills  - Candidates from Airline, Travel and E-Commerce industry will be preferred.  - Good organizational and analytical skills
