Product Management at MyShubhLife is focused on our Customer Journey and we need someone who is passionate about delivering the best customer experience. This role will help answer the question of what technology enhancements we need to make or adapt to make things easy and delight our customers. This will be done through interfacing with the sales, credit, operations, and customer service and the data science team. Product Managers are at the helm of all crucial information be it customer insights or business intelligence. The role is also responsible for defining our new product features and thinking up a roadmap to support our goals and strategies. Key deliverables : - Own the strategy and roadmap for a key product/business area. - Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective categories. - Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by on-going calls and visits to customers and prospects. - Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases. - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, overseeing interdepartmental activities to execute plans. - Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Business Analysts and contribute and approve the product-related Business Requirements Documents. - Act as liaison between Sales, Operations, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support product positioning and customer demand as part of new product development. Requirements : - Understanding of customers needs and aspirations deeply act as the customer champion - Ability to understand and talk technology; Passionate about technology pro activeness in developing understanding of various applications of technology; have used technology to solve business problems - A deep understanding of consumer behaviour which will support product delivery from concept to implementation. - 3-5 years of experience in Product Management - MBA from premier B school will be an added advantage
