Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

As part of the central Employee Engagement team, you will plan and execute activities around improving overall employee experience in the organization. There are 4 primary responsibilities for this role holder

- Plan and execute employee engagement charter - which includes managing activities locally while also leveraging the network of HR partners in other locations for consistent experiences across the org

- Manage the Rewards & Recognition program

- Manage the Corporate Social Responsibility charter

- Be a part of the core team driving Diversity and Inclusion charter

- Taking an inclusive approach, you will work to engage all types of employees with different backgrounds, experience levels and personalities crafting activities and events appealing to all.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute activities basis engagement metrics and employee feedback

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute successful activities on time and within budget

- Accurately track and report expenses

- Take an organized and proactive approach, managing timelines and tasks and communicating with internal teams and vendors as needed

- Seek feedback periodically and iteratively improve approaches

- Support organizational goals to attract and retain top, diverse talent and create a productive work environment

Qualifications & Experience

- A high level of professionalism and work ethic, consistently exhibiting energy and creativity

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and the ability to enroll others in ideas

- Take an organized and proactive approach, managing timelines and tasks and communicating with internal teams and vendors as needed

- Strong communication skills

- Interest in organizational culture and employee engagement

- 4+ years of experience in HR domain

- Exposure to similar programs and related activities such as event planning and coordination, employee engagement, or internal communications

- Track record of successfully managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
