Category Operations' team at Myntra is responsible for building a world-class - Supplier Platform- . The team is responsible for identifying opportunities, designing solutions (in form of products and processes), getting them implemented and adopted. These solutions typically transcend across functions and are aimed to enable Myntra to engage with its partners in order to build a scalable and profitable ecosystem. Responsibilities: 1. This is a fairly cross-functional role, entailing collaborating Internally with Category, Technology, Product development, SCM Teams and Externally with Brands & Vendors. 2. An ideal candidate should be able to understand business & stakeholder priorities and design & execute products/process, which helps address these priorities. 3. Candidate should lead the identification of such product/process, ensure the right design, development & implementation and should own its business impact. 4. Candidate will need to develop deep understanding of the category planning and retail business operations, customer preferences & back-end operations function, to identify gaps and develop solutions for the same. 5. Candidate must be enthusiastic about managing complex projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders across various teams and must be comfortable in working with large data sets to drive decision making 6. Candidates should have a knack for problem-solving and should have the capability to deal with uncertainty and bringing structure in the unstructured scenario. Building elaborate business cases and selling solutions to Management team and other stakeholders would also be a typical day's work. 7. Inventory Management & Inwards for the Brands, Products, ensuring supplies are in line with the customer demands 8. Periodically, measure, report and publish reports to teams and management on the performance of Brand ops processes 9. Align Brand and Myntra aspirations and have actions executed for the inputs to the business 10. Ensure the right stock levels for different brands and products to support the right scale 11. Actively monitor selection and maintain freshness in selection by timely RTVs, liquidation of non performing stocks 12. Drive and manage automation projects with various tech and product stakeholders. Skills & Requirements - 1. 3-6 years of relevant experience with some e-commerce, product management, or consulting experience 2. MBA from Tier-1 B School / Tier 2 B School + Btech 3. Strong analytical skills and process orientation, with strong attention to detail and ability to make data-backed decisions 4. Strong verbal & written communication skills 5. Self-directed focus and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment 6. Ability to execute and follow through on high-quality output, with limited oversight 7. Ability to work with cross-functional leaders and influence/rally/align them towards a common org/business goal 8. Proficiency in Excel would be extremely helpful in this role.
