Role: Vorta is a SaaS product which uses data from multiple global fashion e-commerce and social media websites to enable brands to design styles as per the latest trends in the market. Vorta uses AI/ML to generate actionable, real-time design inputs which enables brands to cut down their design timelines from months to days, and make their designs more intelligent. The role of (Sr.) Manager, Product Operations would responsible for managing the end-to-end operations and data flow for Vorta. This person would be responsible for maintaining data across all geographies and websites, which is essential in keeping Vorta relevant to its users as the market preferences change. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that the client's data-related requests are met within the stipulated timelines. This role would involve coordinating with external and internal teams (product, engineering, data sciences, design, sales, analytics) Responsibilities - - Review and maintain the health of the data feeding into the Vorta product, and ensure client commitments and requirements are met - Identify the bottlenecks in the system, and work with the engineering and product teams to resolve the issues - Work with the design team to ensure data on the tool continues to be refreshed and remains relevant for the final users of Vorta - Prioritize the data and sources to be on-boarded on the Vorta system based on market insights, and as per requests from the clients - Oversee on-boarding of data from the sources by coordinating with the sales team as per client commitments - Prioritize and manage client-related issues with the help of the sales, engineering and product teams - Work with the engineering and product teams to automate reports for identification of issues in the data Desired Skillset - - MBA from a Tier 1/2 college; preferably with a background in operations - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel - Analytical bent of mind, with prior experience in managing and analyzing data, and in recognizing and implementing operational process improvements - Proficient in stakeholder management across functions - Ability to prioritize and resolve issues, and work with stakeholders to get the issues resolved with timelines promised to the client - Good communication skills
