ABOUT THE ROLE : As Senior Manager - Performance Marketing at Myntra, you will lead a high-performing team to drive Installs, Traffic and Re-marketing initiatives for India's largest fashion e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be driving a direct business impact in terms of new user acquisition and traffic to the platform. You will have complete ownership over the Facebook and Google channels, and drive strategy for the performance marketing function, while controlling one of the largest budgets in the Indian industry. You will be required to be a dynamic leader to a high performing team, with deep expertise in performance marketing, along with a strong consumer-centric and data driven approach to flourish in this role. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Driving performance marketing strategy on Installs, Traffic and Re-marketing 2. Leading the Google and Facebook channels in terms of planning and operations 3. Managing the performance marketing budget and ROI for Google and Facebook 4. New initiatives on Google and Facebook, testing out whitelisted properties, creating deeper partnerships 5. Leading the planning and delivery of various mid and large scale events through performance marketing 6. Driving strategic projects along with internal and external stakeholders DESIRED SKILLSET : - B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 college with 6+ yrs of work experience preferred, with a minimum of 4 yrs in Digital Performance Marketing - Prior experience in Google and Facebook required, across App and Web platforms - Prior experience in people management required - Understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry, competitive landscape - Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail - Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically - Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
