BUSINESS UNIT AND ROLE OVERVIEW - Candidate will be part of the sales and growth team for private brand business and will drive new initiatives towards business growth.&nbsp; - This will involve developing deep understanding of underlying variables for growth - Customer retention, acquisition, cross selling, market gaps etc. - Develop action plan towards each of the levers, program manage and drive new projects in coordination with other stake holders - Ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, stake holder management abilities and should have proven track record of conceptualizing and executing projects from scratch.&nbsp; - Any past experience in customer analytics will be a big plus RESPONSIBILITIES : - Develop a comprehensive customer view on private brands and identify key levers for growth - Develop a framework for constant tracking and actionable insight generation around the key growth levers - Drive new growth initiatives along with key stake holders - brand teams, external channels etc. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE - MBA ( Tier 1 institutes) - 2-4 year of experience in Analytics/Consulting/Program Management
