ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be the primary custodian of the brand operations and be responsible for spotless execution of brand activities under the guidance of Brand Head. - Work with internal research team to understand consumer insights and use them to deliver innovative marketing campaign propositions - Monitor Brand health, business metrics and flag off potential threats to current brand positioning - Act as the Client SPOC for all Creative & Media agencies through effective agency management and bringing out operational efficiencies - Overseeing the production of all ATL/BTL campaigns with agencies/in-house teams - Prepare media briefs (objective, route, target, cost etc.) and share with media partners, ensure and monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vs objective of media initiative. - Campaign Management: Effective management of campaign timelines & material release as per launch requirements. - Act as the primary SPOC of marketing campaigns &Interact with other organisational functions and accordingly build end to end campaign solutions & campaign extensions DESIRED SKILLSET: - 4 to 6 years of post-MBA Marketing experience. - Highly creative with the ability to think out of a box - Worked in consumer good companies, preferably fashion and lifestyle related brand, and launched multichannel campaigns - Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking - Preferred Experienced in consumer internet industry
