Your role :
Leadership hiring : End to end process involvement from screening resumes to conducting interviews to assessing fitment
Team leadership : Manage a team of 6-8 members (recruiters and coordinators) who deliver end to end recruiting for Myntra's non-Tech businesses (Marketing, Retail, Finance, Catalog)
Operational management : Capacity management/allocation
Performance management : Annual appraisal and mid-year check - reviewing / measuring development and defining goals
Stakeholder management: Key point of contact for hiring in the non-tech businesses, represent market insights to business and play a consultative role from talent market perspective
Process improvement : Streamline hiring process and implement steps to enhance efficiency
Reporting : Manage the reporting mechanism
Expected out of you :
- Strong exposure to corporate recruitment with 8-14 years of experience managing Non-IT positions.
- Preferred Industry: E-commerce/ FMCG/ Retail.
- Experience leading a team of upto 10 recruiters
- Understanding on volume hiring and handling multiple business units.
- Enthusiastic & eager to learn and take additional responsibilities.
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset.
