Title - Manager/Senior Manager - Supply Chain Performance Excellence - Customer Experience Location: Bangalore Summary: Role Holder will be part of Customer Experience team which ensures evolving customer experience across each touch point. Role holder will be able to attain cross functional understanding and ensure stakeholder management for immediate action to drive interventions and sustained process changes. Role holder will have a team of Data Analysts and should be able to own performance management & maintain performance metrices for Supply chain. Primary Duty & Responsibilities: - Functional/ Process KRAs: Develop, organize, manage, monitor & evaluate end to end SCM-Performance KPIs, dashboards and metrices. Proactively lead data-driven RCAs and partner with relevant stakeholders for resolutions of inefficiencies/ problems/bottlenecks. Assist in Planning & Implementation for improvised forward looking solutions. - People KRAs: Manage & groom reporting team of Data Analysts. Improvise & Appraise towards performance differential of the team. Qualifications: - BE from top institute with 4+ years/ MBA from premier B School with 2+ years of relevant exposure - Team Management experience - Proficiency with data analysis, data mining & modelling - Knowledge in E-commerce / SCM will be a plus
