Job Description: Operations Excellence entails the development and improvement of processes at Myntra. This role is for Operations excellence within the Logistics org, which covers sort centers, logistics hubs, transport operations, last mile delivery centers, regional handover centers, augmented network partners, and the entire reverse logistics. Responsibilities: 1. Designing and implementing new processes in the entire logistics organization 2. Identifying, designing and implementing sustainable and scalable improvements in existing processes 3. Designing, measuring and managing KPIs of processes 4. Coordinating development of tech products with the product team in line with process requirements 5. Delivering efficiency gains to the logistics org through process improvements and tech deployments Skill sets required: 1. Keen understanding of process design 2. Experience designing and implementing processes 3. Understanding of Value stream mapping, DMAIC principles, KPI design and management and other tools relevant to process design 4. Basic understanding of ERP systems with hands on experience working on any ERP platform 5. Basic data analysis and statistical skills 6. 6 Sigma qualification preferred
