This role rests within the Revenue and Growth team of Myntra. The Revenue & Growth team is one of the most pivotal teams at Myntra that drives a lot of turnkey charters like Sale Events & Activations, Storefront Merchandising, User and Customer Growth, Pricing, Category Growth. Sale Events and Activations is a very critical and strategic charter and plays a really big role wrt driving Revenue and Customer growth at Myntra. Responsibilities: This person will lead the Planning & Analytics charter for Events and Activations at Myntra. This will involve: 1.) End to end ownership of Business and Consumer Insights tracking for all the Sale Events and Activations at Myntra. 2.) Coordinate with different teams for obtaining planning inputs in time & ensure plans are aligned / agreed with stakeholders before set timelines 3.) Develop reporting formats which give a 360-degree view of the health of the portfolio. Monitor key metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, conversion, average item price value, customer acquisitions, etc. and take corrective actions 4.) Drive improvements in Events approach and constructs by leveraging Event on Event learning & Insights. 5.) Aligning stakeholders and leadership on the event insights and puting across suggested improvements basis the insights. 6.) Evaluating expected impact of new product features and constructs with the product team. Using past performance benchmarks to arrive at the expected incremental impact of product asks, figuring out with product the phased release and performance measurement plan of the new features. 7.) Understand and assess opportunities across various festive occasions (e.g. opportunity size, appeal, differentiation) in order to proactively determine how to best drive customer engagement and business impact 8.) Creating Event/Activation project status snapshots across workstreams and leadership review decks to drive alignment and cross team accountability Qualifications & Experience : 1) Work experience in an Analytics domain 2) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 3) Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques 4) Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.), R, advanced Excel 5) Strong people & stakeholder management skills - ability to handle multiple stakeholders across the organization 6) Self motivated with strong collaboration and influencing skills, ability to work despite ambiguity 7) Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills 8) Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines 9) Bias for action - Has sound judgement, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions
