Title: Manager - Planning &amp; Control Location: Bangalore Job Description: - Well versed in project planning. Need to have knowledge on all PERT ( project evaluation &amp; review techniques ), CPM ( critical path methods ) &amp; MIS. - Need to have experience in scheduling &amp; tracking of project using MSP software ( Micro Soft projects ). - Knowledge in Primavera is also preferred. - Can be from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, architecture or Civil engineering background with good knowledge in project life cycle ( from design to development ). - Minimum experience needed is 4 years. - Position is based on AKR. - Need to handle contractor billing, PO process, payment coordination &amp; along with the project planning role Day to day responsibilities: - Track individual project progress &amp; publish MIS reports ( daily, weekly &amp; monthly in accordance with size &amp; scale ). - Call out delays in schedules if any &amp; publish action plan to mitigate delays. - Contractor bill validations, certifications, submissions, tracking &amp; payment release coordination. - Vendor, consultant &amp; contractor coordination to execute assignments faster. - Other coordination including asset transfers &amp; change management.
