The Marketplace and Omnichannel team is responsible for shaping the selection, profitability and structure of the marketplace business at Myntra. The team is a part of the business org and liaisons with various teams across the organization to drive critical projects as Myntra shifts to a omnichannel centric approach Roles and Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Create operating plan for achieving business objectives on Brand, Store &amp; Style expansion - Build product roadmaps and creating SOP's for various execution charters - Assist the BD team in problem solving in legal, structural, commercial issues for brand onboarding - Undertake Key Account Management for leading Retailers in Omni and ensure business growth and continuity - Work closely with planning team and provide the required inputs to achieve GMV goals - Lead and program manage key projects like speed etc., - Create and execute plan on all required inputs i.e. Brand addition, style, store and pricing - Lead a team of associates to ensure catalog listing and analysis of available stock and inventory from stores of Brands and Retailers - Create dashboards and generate MIS's to ensure visibility to multiple stakeholders - Create end to end processes and identify TAT's for catalog listing Qualifications &amp; Experience :&nbsp; - Minimum 3 years of experience in listing and sales planning for brands and retailers on marketplaces or their own ecommerce platforms at scale - Strong project and program management ability and very good in analytics - Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills - Stakeholder management: Must be proficient in keeping things on an even keel with all stakeholders: Category Management, SCM, MP Ops and Business Finance, manage relationships, resolve conflicts - In Depth knowledge of fashion ecommerce and previous know how of business operations on leading market places - Previously worked on Omnichannel business either with a marketplace or leading brands is a plus
