Category Planner : This role is focused towards category domain, associate planner will be responsible for category specific planning activities on the following levels 1. Annual / Long term plans : Preparation of AOP (annual operating plan), Creation of assortment plans and brand seasonal buys 2. Monthly / Short term plans : Monthly target setting, inwards capacity allocation, OTB management 3. Reporting & KPI management : Tracking category's key metrics, weekly/monthly/season performance review and analytics support to category managers. Roles & responsibilities : 1. Ability to coordinate and execute planning activities with categories 2. Solve for assigned business problems by collecting data from internal/external sources and conducting thorough analysis 3. Optimization of Business Config on Scale, Margin and Inventory through scenario analysis 4. Strong hands on approach and attention to detail 5. Ability and comfort to manage large scale business Desired Skillset Required : - Strong communication and management skills - Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation - Proficiency in MS-Office is a must. - Knowledge of VBA will be an added advantage - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment Education and Experience Required : - Previous experience in retail / e-commerce / Analytics - BE/BTech from premium institute
