Role:

Strategic Planning :

- Planning overall Myntra Annual operating Plan numbers for traffic ( sessions and users) on all Platforms ( App + Web)

- Create and drive initiatives with cross-functional teams to generate new growth avenues for traffic, improve the quality of sessions on Myntra and user growth month on month

- Drive instrumentation and improve Traffic reporting with Analytics and engineering teams

Execution focus:

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive intra day, intra month changes on communication, platform, and performance marketing to achieve traffic plan

- Drive projects with Product and Engineering Teams to ensure traffic quality and growth initiatives are realized

Analytics focus :

- Have a hands-on understanding of traffic levers and drive analysis for the miss/overachievement on daily numbers to ensure plans are met

Responsibilities:

Overall :

- Owning and predicting daily, monthly, annual goals and daily planning for traffic metrics

- Plan traffic and user growth for Big sale events, special programs and gender based traffic

- Working with cross-functional teams (brand, mktg, pricing, 1:1 communication, performance mktg, technology) to the growth of traffic, improving quality of traffic and engagement of users on the platform

- Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization and outside to meet goals & timelines for intra day targets, month targets

Analytics:

- Monitor key metrics such as- daily users, sessions, quality of traffic and sessions, etc. and RCA incase of any deviation from plans

- Work with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of specific campaigns to evaluate and improve future performance( notif, performance mktg, on App visibility campaigns)

- Liaison with Business insights and data engg teams to ensure accuracy of reporting for the program

- Setup the reporting processes for operational streamlining of traffic levers incase of intra day / intra month misses

- Take ownership to drive automation and proactive alerts/mechanism within respective functions

- Conduct analysis for an assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions

- Help in putting together a business proposal based on trends, business scenario analysis, etc.

Qualifications & Experience :

An ideal candidate should possess sound analytical abilities, strong cross-functional collaboration, and business acumen. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will be happy to work in a role where most work will be driven by collaborating with respective revenue functions

- Master's in Business Administration- Preferably Tier-1 Institutes

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce/ customer retention and growth/traffic management / analysing different traffic sources and attribution modelling ( last click direct/ indirect revenue attribution etc.) added advantage

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in Excel is a must

- Knowledge of BI tools/statistics added advantage, not compulsory

- Experience in campaign management to drive traffic /user growth/sales is a plus

- Good stakeholder management skills and should be comfortable in handling multiple projects
