KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :

Deputy Director - Talent Acquisition (SCM):

- Ability to handle mid & senior level sourcing including interviewing candidates.

- Ability to attract Good Talent in whole country for the Company.

- Ability to handle different sourcing strategies and build in house sourcing capability to the extent of 95%.

- Ability to lead Volume Hiring (Blue Collared) across India with Regional Teams.

- Arrive at stringent Hiring Standards which includes interviewing & selection process and maintain high candidate satisfaction scores.

- Participate in planning and working on strategic direction with heads of each program for job structures, organizational structure; recruitment and diversity strategies.

- Support, communicate, train and advise the management team on recruitment initiatives and interviewing techniques. Understanding workforce planning, and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines.

- Drive employee referral program to build a strong pipeline of talent.

- Create data and analytical processes which enable assessment of complex information.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Applicants must hold a relevant post-graduate degree in Human Resources, MBA or allied disciplines

- Minimum 10+ years of Total experience, with at least 07 years at management level in the Talent Acquisition function. Experience in Volume/ Bulk Hiring is a must.

- Demonstrated success in developing a talent acquisition strategy, talent acquisition as a function and executing processes to attract and acquire talent at scale within organization priorities and timelines.

- Demonstrated success in retaining talent hired during leadership in talent acquisition.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring and motivational skills and proven skills in problem-solving.

- Highly developed sense of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality; attention to details, and ability to meet deadlines; willingness to put in extra working hours, as necessary.

- Team player; with good interpersonal skills, willing to work in a multicultural environment with teams in different countries.

- Exceptional English-language skills.

- Strong skills in using technology, including knowledge of MS office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
