Roles and Responsibilities :


- This role plans, directs and co-ordinates the Compensation and Benefits activities for Myntra Jabong. As a key subject matter expert of the Compensation and Benefits functions; the role provides insights, consultation and advice to Human Resources Business Partners and the senior business leaders as required.

Key Accountabilities :

- Lead and drive the Compensation and benefits strategy for the org

- Robust Exercise on internal + external benchmarking to analyse and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization

- Advise on the Total Rewards Strategy for the org

- Work regularly on cost impact analysis and compensation ratios to evaluate budgeting and accurate payroll input year long

- Facilitate in completion of annual appraisal and periodic talent management discussions

- Design and implement multiple recognition and wellness programs

- Facilitate in completion of annual appraisal and periodic talent management discussions

- Support the business payroll matters

- Negotiate coverage services and costs with carriers to minimize expense associated with the overall benefits package

- Responsible for implementing regulatory and compliance matters if they are related to compensation and benefits functions

- Strengthen the communication in the area of total rewards to establish better understanding from senior stakeholders down to individual employees- level

- Partner with Human Resources business partners to ensure timely and effective communication, and implementation of HR policies and practices

Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA with 8+ years work experience in compensation and benefit

- Strong numerical analytical capabilities and be able to deduce logical conclusions through interpreting the data

- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills with strong presentation skills

- High degree of integrity and confidentiality

- Ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainty, change and ambiguity

- Well versed in India Employment related legislations

- Organized and results focused
