Director Business Finance ( Revenue, Market Place, Private Labels, Sourcing and Offline Business) - Role is a leadership role which requires partnering with senior business leaders of Rev, MP, Pvt labels sourcing and offline team. - Role carries dual responsibility of partnering for growth but in a sustainable and profitable manner Leadership and business competencies required by the role : - Senior stakeholder management - Strategic thinking coupled with high bias for action - ability to traverse the strategy and execution spectrum with agility and dexterity - Influencing key decisions through business acumen and data oriented mindset - Working with ambiguity, working cross functionally - High levels of personal ownership - Influential communication and storytelling abilities - Being a talent catalyst and building a high performance Bizfin team Key Responsibilities : - Platform AOP and MOP planning and delivery to Plan - 100% of Platform Revenue and Gross Margin - Resource allocation (pricing) aligned to Myntra strategic priorities and guided by ROI/ RPC frameworks to ensure GMV and GM delivery in line with AOP/MOP - MP business commercials structuring, CoDB benchmarking, select CoDB changes to enable growth, selection and superior business mix - Partner sourcing team of Myntra Pvt labels (~18% Rev con) to drive sourcing efficiencies and create sources of funds generate Fule for growth - Business Partner Pvt labels offline stores team for offline business expansion strategy to build a high growth and EBITDA positive business Key Stakeholder : Revenue, CDM, Storefront, MP and IB Business, Sourcing, Offline Business Desired Profile : Candidate Who has worked on the Pricing Strategy and has experienced in working Dynamic Pricing from the similar Industry.
