Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Leadership hiring : End to end process involvement from screening resumes to conducting interviews to assessing fitment 2. Team leadership : Manage a team of 6-8 members (recruiters and coordinators) who deliver end to end recruiting for Myntra's Tech businesses 3. Operational management : Capacity management/allocation 4. Performance management : Annual appraisal and mid-year check - reviewing / measuring development and defining goals 5. Stakeholder management: Key point of contact for hiring in the tech businesses, represent market insights to business and play a consultative role from talent market perspective 6. Process improvement : Streamline hiring process and implement steps to enhance efficiency 7. Reporting : Manage the reporting mechanism Desired Skills Required: (a) 10+ years of experience in Tech hiring in a Product, Tech or an e-commerce organization (b) Stakeholder Management
