Role : - Coordinate and collaborate with external business stakeholders (brands associated to the business unit) and also internal stakeholders (pricing, monetization, marketing, planning, finance etc.). - Lead a team to drive the overall business metrics of Revenue targets, streamline RTV approvals, ensure marketing revenue as per targets and maintain and improve profitability (CM) of the brand and BU. Responsibilities : - Drive PNL of the Sub Categories and Brands. - Identifying White Spaces and scale them with strong alignment with stakeholders. - Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization (pricing, planning, category, marketing etc.) to meet goals. - Solving complex problems, chartering a path through ambiguity and delivering innovative solutions. - Be the Voice/ Leader of how Selection Language should be and drive it strongly across functions. - Ensure key metrics for the brands are being maintained as per the plan - pricing, discounting, gross margin, RGM, contribution margins etc. - Work closely with the brand teams to ensure delivery of required business growth to the brands. - Identify and execute ideas within the BU in collaboration with internal stakeholders (pricing, monetization, finance, planning etc). - Maintain and manage RTV approvals for the brands and optimize the overall inventory position. - Identify and execute new levers of growth for brand growth based on customer analysis, market analysis and competitive landscape. - Ensure profitability guardrails are met as per brand/BU guidelines signed off on AOP. - Set up the reporting process for overall BU. Qualifications &amp; Experience : - Must have Experience in Driving PNL of the Sub Categories and Brands, Influencing various teams/stakeholders within the organization (pricing, planning, category, marketing etc.) to meet goals. - Strong interpersonal skills and analytical bent of mind. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment. - Strong attention to detail and an ability to step back and think holistically. - Strong cross-functional collaboration capability and business acumen.
