HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROLE:

- Myntra secures about a third of it's annual revenues from High Revenue Days (HRDs) or Events. These include the End Of Reason Sale (EORS), and the Myntra Fashion Upgrade

- This role will involve creating and monitoring key business metrics for all these events

- You will need to develop strong dashboards that apprise the various department heads of progress during the event in real-time

- You will need to analyze platform level metrics to isolate problems/strength areas for better ROI

- For these events, your role will encompass sales forecasting, planning and trend analysis

- Coordinate with various stakeholders including marketing, analytics, category, pricing & store

SCOPE & KEY DELIVERABLES

- Monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition, top performing styles, etc

- Identify key trends over time and strategize with the events team on new initiatives targeted at increasing growth and profitability

- Work with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to evaluate and improve future performance in terms of reach and acquisition

- Post each major event, collate information and present data in a cohesive succinct manner such as to evolve the construct significantly with each iteration

- Analyze trends in terms of brand visibility on store pages, and corresponding sales of the brand

- Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to meet goals & project timelines

- Setup the reporting processes for operational streamlining

KEY ASSESSMENT METRICS (KPIs):

- Strong analytical bent of mind

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

- Strong analytical & numbers acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating forecasts, metrics

- Strong knowledge of SQL (valid certification),

- Data management experience will be a huge plus
