Designation: Data Analyst
Job Description:
1. Act as a Single Point of Contact for all data repository and develop metrics to analyze pertinent information and share insights through various reports, dashboards on sustainable basis.
2. Deep-dive into data trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
3. Identify trends, patterns and concerns emerging from data and highlight the same to management, with recommendations in a clear, concise manner to enable smooth and quick decision making
4. Design, develop and prepare HR Dashboards and Metrices for the Senior Leadership on regular basis
5. Coordinate with internal teams like - HRBPs, Finance, Operations
Skillset / Qualification required:
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT)
2. Should have basic knowledge of VB
3. Good to have prior experience of HRMS (Success Factor, Darwin Box, Work day etc)
4. Good Analytical skill
5. Prior experience in managing and analyzing Data
6. Good communication skill
7. Can bring meaningful insight from the data
8. Well versed with SQL, R, Python
