Roles and Responsibilities -&nbsp; - End-to-end ownership of analytical problems - Building data visibility for various business functions through dashboards and reports - Build comprehensive analytical framework for problem solving while delivering insights for decision making - Provide support for Analytics Processes monitoring and troubleshooting - Project execution with a BM/BA, with gradually taking ownership of business work stream - Act as a liaison between teams and set expectations and drive them Qualifications -&nbsp; - Prior experience in business data analytics which spans across business metrics and processes - Proven working experience as a data analyst - Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks) - Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, R etc.) - Experience working directly with business users to build reports, dashboards and solving business questions with data. - Candidates with knowledge and proficiency in R and python will be preferred - Approx. 2 years of experience in analytics
