Title: Associate - Warehouse Operations Job Duties: - To manage one shift operations in Warehouse. - Plan & utilization for resources (manpower & material) to required output. - Motivate & encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure targets are met. - Ensuring Quality & productivity objectives are met. - Training & development of team members. - Participate & contribute towards all new initiatives undertaken by Warehouse Management. Requirements: - Should have handled up to 50 people directly (workers) - Comfortable working in fast paced environment & should be ready to work in night shifts. - Should have high level of integrity & ethical standards. - Should have working experience of MS Excel & any ERP solutions. - Should lead team by example. Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma will be a plus.
