Title: Associate Manger - Project Management Location: Binola Job Responsibilities: - Execution of infrastructure works inside WH. Taking care of all improvement works & capacity addition works. - Manage the contractors to get works done on time. - Track the progress of works and prepare reports to manage the overall work schedule. - Contractor bill certifications & measurement validations. - Coordination between projects and Wh operations team to understand infra challenges & find solutions to support operations. - Finding new vendors, defining works, fetching the quotes. - If needed, travel to other project locations & handle works till the assignment is completed. Required Skills: - Basic qualification - Electrical or Mechanical or industrial Engineering with infra/industrial project management background. - Min years of experience - 3. - Exposure towards industrial, high end infrastructure, factory or warehouse is preferred. - Preferred project experience includes FMCG, Retail, Automotive factory, E-com warehouse development. - Should have exposure towards Production lines design & implementation, QC lines design & setting, Electrical HT, LT & LV distribution, HVAC, Addressable Fire Alarm, Basic IT infra, Sprinkler, Fire Fighting, conveying systems, IP based CCTV systems. - Need to have deep understanding on process, work definitions wrt process, drawing preparations, BOQ preparations, project critical path, basics of infra costing, contractor management, bill certifications & reco. - Location of employment - Gurgaon, Binola warehouse. - Should be flexible to travel/relocate according to project requirements.
