Myntra - Associate Director - Bilaspur Warehouse ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Role : - Role holder is responsible for all end to end Operations for Myntra Group of companies. Candidate should provide Process & People support under his scope of Work to Senior Leadership team for executing corporate strategies. This role will need partnership approach with technology team in collaboration with HR & Finance Departments. - Role Holder will increase customer satisfaction and company profitability by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy & other applicable regulations. He should be able to build culture in line with company values and inculcate improvisational work attitude. Responsibilities : Operational/ Process KRAs : - Responsible for running and maintaining operation schedules by applying lean manufacturing practices within Capex & Opex budgets. Executing operational strategies handle design interventions and ensure implementation of modern concepts of productivity. - Applying lean manufacturing practices within Capex & Opex budgets. People KRAs : - Interview, Select Coach, Train, and Manage & appraise the performance of warehouse supervisory personnel. Strategic KRAs : - Provide strategic operational counsel, advisory to business/support functions and pre-emptively guide stakeholders. Review and strategize SCM delivery as per plans and evolving pre-emptively guide stakeholders. - Review and strategize SCM delivery as per plans and evolving policies with respect to business laws, participate in strategic initiatives with input for system changes. Hygiene KRAs : - Safeguard Warehouse operations & Inventory by monitoring/ controlling security procedures & protocols but at the same time lead evolution of supply chain. Norms, regulations maintenance schedule compliance. DESIRED SKILLSET : - BE/ MBA with at least 8 years of relevant exposure preferably into Product lines/ QC/ SCM. - Operations degree / Six Sigma/ Certifications will be added advantage. - Strong techno-commercial blend and comfort with fast pace of data driven detail orientation - Experience in handling large team and collaborate with shared services team.
