Role The role is one of two ADs in the Strategy team. The key responsibilities of this role would be to lead the Cross functional initiatives owned by the Strategy team. Responsibilities - Key responsibilities would include - - Owning key P&L items that roll up to Strategy team viz. Returns, RTO and Size and Fit - Ensure delivery of all key initiatives to achieve stated objectives and numbers therein - Ideate and execute cross functional initiatives like Open Ended Exchange, Wallet incentivization et al - Ensure thorough solutioning and tracking of all key mandates - Work closely with multiple teams to deliver stated objectives, course correct as needed - Build BRDs for various product + tech features that might be needed for successful execution of mandates - Own additional projects and mandates as and when needed Capabilities needed - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Attention to detail - Strong stakeholder management - Appreciation of Product features particularly in the e-comm space would be a plus but not essential Qualifications / experience - MBA from top-tier b-school and/or - Relevant experience in strategy consulting / e-commerce companies
