Position: Assistant Manager - Learning & Development, Warehouse  Location: Bangalore, Bhiwandi, Binola  Job Description:  Responsibilities -   Training:  - Work with respective functions within warehouse to Lead and drive process training and ensure Training is established as a culture within the warehouse  - Take initiatives within the boundary of Training to impact productivity  - Identify training needs using various techniques and ensure it is met  - To ensure structured approach to end to end Training Process   - Design and update Process and Quality related training contents   - Ensure employees are trained on process parameters to ensure compliance  - Should have know-how of different backend systems in Warehouse (such as: WMS, Order Management System, LMS)  MIS and Reporting  - Should be able to drive/monitor KPIs impacting training   - Should be able to work on data for analysis and reporting w.r.t training  Skills / Qualification Required - Warehouse/ e-Commerce Experience  - Knowledge of Local Language (Spoken and Written) is mandatory   - Excel working and Presentation skill   - Post-Graduation (Preferred MBA)
