Mynd Integrated Solutions - Regional Operations Head - F&A - Process Transformation (9-15 yrs)
Location- HSR Layout, Bangalore
Qualification- CA/CMA/ICWA/MBA/CA- semi qualified with good work experience would also work.
Experience- 9+ years of relevant experience
Domain Preference- Finance & Accounts, Process Transformation
Environment - Shared Service Centre
- Leading Regional delivery of Finance & Accounting.
- Ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance, experience on SLA driven projects.
- Transaction management in core AP.
- Monitoring of project financials and ensuring set budgets are achieved.
- Preparing risk control matrix of projects, monitoring of risks and getting process audited (internal as well as statutory)
- New project transition and implementation.
- Associate with Business leaders of Mynd and extend support for regional project deliveries.
- Must be good with domestic accounting, Indian taxation, TDS, GST.
- Must have previous experience of handling a large team.
- Looking for someone who is mature, dynamic, self-driven, someone who has worked in multi-client environment, stable, to understand team reviews and deliverables, ownership driven, self-ignited, looking for growth and can independently take decisions.
