MyMobiforce - Regional Delivery Head

Skill Required :

- Understand the crowdsourcing delivery model and build a good team for delivery under him.

- Having Customer Connections in allocated regions/circle/corporate.

- Should have experience in handling a larger team of contractors/sub-contractors employees

- Should have experience in handling multiple circles and multiple clients

- Client mining will be of core responsibility

- Should be able to collate information and data from the relevant sources

- Should be able to generate daily, weekly, monthly reports as specified by the customers and our management

- Should have experience of owning personal revenue targets

- Should be cost conscious and good at negotiation skills

- Check Entire Life Cycle of Project and focused on 360 degree closure.

- Capability and confidence to interact with OEM's

- Good communication skills written and verbal

- Email etiquettes and Presentation skills.

- Tracking of Customer POs & Billing as well as vendor payments

- Ensure Delivery with OH&S and Quality Compliance.

- The role involves 60- 70% of travelling
