- Product Manager works in Sales within the regions, responsible to drive high level objectives and to increase sales opportunities of the respective product segment and there by maximize Sales, Profits &amp; Market share for the Product. - Product portfolio comprises of existing &amp; new products in Grouts and Repairs. - Estimating market, segment wise potential from various resources like project data base, clients, publications, competitor information, specification team etc.&nbsp; - To support preparation and achieving of sales budget - Develop product regional strategies and implement to achieve 30% market - Identify, develop and manage through sales &amp; specification team for Corporate accounts &amp; Prospects, Major Consultants, Specifier, Key Developers, Builders &amp; Key contractors. Educational Qualification : - Engineering/PG Degree from a recognized university (Preferably Civil or Chemical) - 10-15 years Sales and Marketing experience in the Indian market CC business - Minimum 5 years at middle management level - Preferably short term Management course in Sales
